I think the better comparator is with Indy. immobile QB who has been around forever, average weapons, line that leaks like a sieve, and yet somehow you win by kicking 4 field goals in 5 quarters due to great defense and special teams.

It was all over twitter, from non-iowa, non-big ten people - comparing this game to Iowa. one person on the west coast said this is Iowa playing iowa.

Iowa has moved from being unremarkable to synonymous with bad offense.

Ok so my wife was watching and said "is this Iowa"? Looks the same. Everyone, everywhere saw Iowa playing Iowa. LOL.

I was listening to Rick Neuheisel on ESPNU radio this am and he referenced the Iowa v Illinois game, saying some thing about the game that "makes your eyes hurt."
