Iowa is going to smash the suckeyes if they make it in the east. The suckeyes always have a hard time covering Iowa tight ends, and this year they are better than some that did give them trouble.

Iowa won't be winning by three scores against OSU, so I don't think we need to worry about the D losing focus.
first off, very happy for the guys in black and gold, congrats!
i typed this comment in game and was frustrated with the D. It all comes down to the D line to start with, no pressure all game long and if Applebee's did work on us, what is legweak and company going to do next week with a better attack?

Not one of King's better games, but that doesn't mean he was bad. Just not King Kong like. Yancy had something to do with that. Big and fast. King was giving him plenty of room.
The other side is what scares me. Mabin really struggles at times. Again today.
But a pass rush would help, of course.

It's true that the D Line is having trouble, but the secondary's problems seem mostly coaching related. We played tight coverage in the 1st qtr, then we got up 20-0 and somebody had the brilliant idea to play 10-15 yds off the rcvr.
It seems like we're worried about giving up the big play, a little too much.
