I never want to watch Iowa play Northwestern again. This game is brutal.

And the worst part is the lack of effort. As if this game didn't mean anything. There is still very little toughness on this team.

I really thought this game would get up and down the court. It has at times, but no flow at all. And Jim Burr continues to be inconsistent.

And it's not as if NW is a physical team. How can you get pushed around by a NW team? That's the most unacceptable part of the game.

I can understand looking lost, getting beat, giving wide open looks to teams that are superior athletic and talent wise, but the cluelessness of this team as far as ball awareness, where to be on the floor in a zone, learning how to play defense when you are screened. It is all such pure ineptness that I want to start breaking my furniture.

There are only a couple of guys who can fight through or now how to hedge correctly on screens that it's pathetic.

They need some guys who can play on the ball D and they need them quick.

I disagree. NW has zero depth. They played 6 players most of the game.

Iowa can play 9 comfortably.
