Damn Padilla, Laporta was way open by 3 yards so the qb must not have seen that lbkr who batted down the ball or else padilla give the ball a little air and a little less zip for a first down grab. Cmon Padilla we need you to just be a little better the 2nd half.

Iowa doesn't throw the big flashy plays. We often ask, "Why would a wr come to Iowa?"

I wonder if that applies to qbs as well.

I don't think he will, but he should get the next series if it implodes in a 3 and out. Problem is Iowa's pass protection is sucking today and Petras will also be a sitting duck.
