If you are going to throw stuff out there like this, it isn't really right to not use all of Hayden's games versus ISU. You really look like you are cherry picking to make your case if you don't look at all of his ISU games. I am not saying I don't get your point. I am just saying.

LOl, well that made me feel better reminding me that we bounced the clowns like that under Hayden. Thank you Hayden for giving us so many great moments and bringing a Iowa brand out of the sewer and into the light of national prominence. Before you came on board the Rosebowl for hawkeye fans was affiliated with a parade we watched on TV. Shocking how your turned the train wreck of a football program into a big time college program. Those of us who witnessed this transformation will never forget it. Although some of the younger generation only witnessed the affects of age on the old fox, those of us who know where this program was before you came to Iowa will never forget what you did.

Kirk you took a few years to rebuild the team and gave us those three great years (your fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons) and for that I say thank you. However you've lost that touch and it now seems non-redeemable at this point. Do the right thing and resign and let Iowa persue a new coaching option. Let the fans remember you in a good light before it's too late.
