Texas, A&M, Mizzou and ND with invites to BIG TEN?

I would like to see Texas,A&M,Oklahoma,Okie st to the big ten now that its a done deal with nebbie. I just think it makes more sense for those teams to come to the big ten then it does the pac 10. Not only cause of time zone but I dont think no matter what other teams go to pac 10 after that or sec, unless the acc and sec merge the newly formed big 10 would be hands down the best football div in college.

Texas.A&M,Ok,Ok st,Nebbie,Iowa Minney,Ill in the west
Mich, Mich St,Wisc,tOsu,Psu,Ind,Pur,NW in the east
Play 11con games 2non conf games and a champ Game
Iowa sched would be 7in the west 4 in the east with the other 4 alt every other year is that even possible?

If these teams dont come I would like to see these teams join the big 10
ND,Pitt,Mizzou, kansas makes for A in football div and a pretty good basketball programs with Kc tv market with kansas and Mizzou, gets a pretty good chi tv market with ND well nation wide with ND And with Pitt makes a natural rivial to psu

Just some random thoughts no real reason

Oklahoma and Oklahoma State have NO chance to join the Big 10. Academically neither of them cuts the mustard, and that alone rules them out.

I think there are two possible scenarios playing out here. One is expansion southward- which would include the group above. The second would be expansion eastward, say ND, Rutgers, Pitt, and Maryland. I am just guessing at the schools, you can plug in Syracuse or Virginia, Boston College, etc. whoever you think makes ND happy. The key is obviously that ND truly is ready to join at this time. I think the ideal option for the Big Ten at this time is to go South along with ND.

If this happens I predict the SEC jumps up and grabs OK and Okie State immediately. Pac-10 makes a play for CU and Utah. ACC looks at what is left of the Big East and decides if it is worth it to add to their membership. KU, KSU, ISU, Baylor, and Texas Tech are left without a conference initially. I think Kansas it only palatable to the Pac-10 if it can enter without KSU and everything I have read says they are joined at the hip.

Expansion Eastward probably leads to a Pac-16. This also dissolves two conferences in one stroke and likely leads to the immediate formation of the 4 Super leagues.

I heard that some news station (can't remember the call letters or where, one of my friends received a text message and just rambled that info off quickly) is reporting that ND, Rutgers, Syracuse and Maryland will be joining the conference.

Keep in mind, I'm not saying this is fact, just that some station is reporting it.

I saw a twitter post of this from someone on Fran the Tank's site. It was a radio station in Indianapolis. There is also some really good reading on the expansion strategy there and at the rivalryesq.com
