Terrelle Pryor facing significant inquiry

Iowa should be awarded a Big Ten title for 2009. Pryor never should have played in that game. Ohio State should forfeit all games played with him in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Wait until you read the Sports Illustrated article.....:(

Even if pryor never played a down for OSU they still would have found another qb to beat us and one that probably passes better.

And shame on you for actually wanting a hand me down trophy that we didnt even win. Who cares if Pryor received free gifts, it had no impact on his skills on the field.

It had impact on him going to school there, as well as other highly touted players, I am sure. Think about that impact.

lol...Rittenberg just tweeted that Pryor showed up to the athletic complex in a car that looked new with temp tags.

He would have did the same thing no matter what school he went to even if it was here. Tressel can not see what every player is doing. Yeah he covered it up, but even if TP never came to OSU do you think the outcome of osu winning would be any different? This team controlled the big ten before he came and would have if he never did. They would have found someone else.

Hey Mac...

That is one of the most stupidest responses I have ever read on a thread. THE ONLY RESASON THAT OSU WAS ON TOP FOR SO MANY YEARS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. They had an advantage of getting so may blue chip recruits because they paid so may blue chip recruits. Pull your head out...geeez!

Yeah the ONLY reason why OSU can recruit blue chip players is because the ALL break rules? You get your head out, not ALL players break the rules some of them may have went there for the wrong reasons, but whatever they got at OSU they could have got anywhere else.

Yeah, not ALL, just Maurice Clarett, Troy Smith, Tyrell Pryor...you know, the best ones.

Ok...I agree with your last statement. For now, OSU is on the chopping block. They are one of the most corrupt schools, as documented. Until the next school is as stupid and cheats, and gets caught...I hope they get the same, but for now it is on tOSU. I am enjoying this!!!

Mac is either just playing Devil's advocate, or an idiot. The Ohio DMV is investigating 50 players! Ray Small admitted wrongdoing. Plus, Tressel did the same thing at YState. This isn't just Pryor, Clarett, etc. It is the entire program.

Between 1986 and 2001 OSU had 4 football Championships. Cheater Tressel shows up and they win every year!? Seriously, you can't be that naive.

Everyone acts like OSU has always been this juggernaut program, but their perception is skewed by the cheater years.

Both Michigan and OSU made coaching changes. One in large part because they couldn't land Pryor and the other was in large part because they did.

The key thing is that this is dozens of CURRENT players getting these benefits. Usually the NCAA is punishing today's players for yesterday's offenses. This is going to be a precedent setting response.

Won't be the death penalty, but with the number of players who will be ruled ineligible, it might as well be.

DO all the other schools really cheat...the statement "...osu didn't do anything OTHER schools are doing," is a complete copout. To believe ALL OTHER schools cheat like osu and usc (and the SEC) is ludicrous. UNTIL they get caught, if other schools are cheating, you simply cannot make a statement like that because you have nothing to base the accusation on.

What we DO know is that osu and usc are bigtime cheaters...plain and simple AND the funny part (or sad part) is that neither school had to cheat. I hope the hammer really comes down on these scumbags.
