Wow, what a debacle for team USA. 5 pts, that's pathetic. That had to be a long, long flight back from Moscow for Zeke Jones and the boys. They have a long road ahead of them and i'm not sure what they need to do to turn the ship around. I realize that some of the rules don't really favor American wrestlers with the short periods and all that, but man we've fallen off. I just hope some of the young guys stick with it and gain the experience they need to compete at that level.

On a side note, i can't stand how they do the wrestle backs. So many good wrestlers dont' even get to wrestle back just because the guy they lost to doesn't make the finals. With as random as the ball grab and the clinch are now, that just drives me nuts that they don't have a true wrestle back. I mean come on, we're wrestling for world titles/medals here can we not have a bigger consolation bracket.
