Stanzi: Big 10 Offensive Player of the Week...

This is stoopid with 2 o's.

You can make the case for A-Rob or even DJK to get the POW award but to say he didn't play very well is beyond idiotic. In fact, it's so far beyond idiotic that they are currently trying to come up with a new word for it. Nothing is finalized on that front yet but rumor has it "jeebustupid" is an early clubhouse leader.

You're right. His performance was perfection. How could I dare criticize your man crush. Perhaps you should watch the game again sober.

His play was solid but not spectacular. That is my opinion. I formed it from watching the game, just like I formed the opinion that you are a phallus from reading your post.

I find it ironic as I don't think he played very well. His stat sheet looks good for sure but his passes were a little off target and he really should have checked out of a couple of plays.

you say he didn't play very well, then you say he played solid? sounds like conflicting statements to me

This. I have no problems with a logical argument saying he didn't deserve the POW award, or being critical of a few plays or throws. But you said he played poorly which is beyond rediculous.

I thought he looked average and to me that is "solid". I think Ricky is more capable than that. My point was that I found it funny that he won POW on a game where he didn't play his best. I thought he looked a little rusty from the bye.

Let me rephrase - he didn't play well for Ricky.

While I strongly disagree this isn't the most rediculous thing I've heard.

Ricky will never get his due from some Hawk fans. All the kid does is win. I remember last year folks were questioning how good he was and some even saying that Vandenburg should be starting. Fast forward to this season where Ricky has been the best QB in the league and one of the best in the nation and for whatever reason some still don't give him his due. I guess it comes with not wanting to be wrong.
