You would think he would want to go somewhere he can start. He has to beat out incumbent Thompson to do so. If he doesn't, it would really suck to sit on the bench after transferring.
He just came off a nasty injury and may not be able to toll the minutes he once did. He may know he is now a role player to contribute. You know, I don't know for sure, but that could be a scenerio at this point to.
I am guessing Purdue has all that size coming back they desperately needed decent point guard play. They probably can't bring in enough dudes to see if they can get consistent and/or adequate PG play.
