The concern was the exact opposite for his Big Ten rival Marvin McNutt from the Iowa Hawkeyes. McNutt has excellent size (6'2 1/2, 212 pounds), strength, hands and route-running to be a possession receiver in the NFL but didn't show much in terms of elusiveness or the speed to turn short and intermediate passes into big plays. I think MM has a legit shot to go in the 2nd round. He will do very well at the combine and has the intangibles to impress in interviews. Personally I would like to see him land with Philbin anf the Fins.

Angelo seemed to be one of the only NFL teams to avoid Hawkeyes like the plague. Glad he is gone. Drafts safetys every year and never took a look at Considine or Sash,and still are bad at safety.

I thought the Bears should have taken a flyer on DJK last year.
Hope they take MM in the 3rd round if he is there.

According to Tony Pauline of SI "Marvin McNutt continues to struggle." He apparently beat Houston on a deep route but then dropped one placed right in his hands by Kirk Cousins.

McNutt to me was a receiver who made some spectacular catches but also had some inexplicable drops. In other words not consistent. A great Hawk receiver but not always consistent.
