No one alive is more "highly qualified" to coach a 53-consecvutive-loss DIII program than our own Brian Ferentz.

They even have the Ferentx recruiting philosophy ( quantity > quality ).

I actually keep tabs on D3 ball, two of my kids attended a D3 school with a moderately successful program. Games can be a lot of fun.

Among other things, they only last about 2.5 hours because you don't have endless television time outs.

As a side note, Barta would fit right at that University.
