B12 had a lot of tournament-caliber teams, no Final 4-caliber teams.

Any league like the big 12 that has a pathetic 0-18, 9-22 overall team like TCU is pretty shaky for being called the best conf in hoops.

I think teams like northwestern and penn st would do very well in the big 12, better than they finished in the big 10.

As far as toughest conference in MBB? Don't tell me how tough a conference is when the same program has won the regular season for 10 straight years.
