Silva Vs. Sonnen 2 Who ya got?

That was a killer knee, I knew the fight was over after that.

in my mind too, I have been thinking Jones and silva need to square off, that would be the best fight I think out there for now and years to come. But, I doubt it will happen.

I heard they are talking about a Bisping-Silva fight. Although Bisping may have earned it by sticking it out and being a good "company" man, he is made for Silva. Bisping's main strength is his standup, which is Silva's strength. Bisping is not good at wrestling, which is Silva's weakness.

Bisping is one of the most overated fighters in UFC history the unfortunate thing about Silva being the most dangerous man on planet earth is nobody worth anything is around to fight him. We can all hope for a GSP vs Silva or a Jones vs Silva match up, but its not gonna happen. It would be sweet to see but certainly shocking if Dana White put his best products against each other meaning one would lose.

Can anyone really say Dan "I'm old as dirt" Henderson really deserves a shot at a guy who is half his age? Plus, Jones easily walks around at 220 or more and cuts to 205, Henderson faught Silva at 185 and is half Jones size this match up is a total mismatch and one that Jones will dominate quite easily.

The UFC will hype this fight like they always do claiming anything can happen at anytime. This may be true in the case of lesser fighters, but the three top dogs are going to stay at the top for awhile. They are too advanced and to skilled to make a mistake and lose. I hate to break it to the UFC, but the days of the underdog like Matt Serra stealing a belt are long gone.

Bisping is limited and wouldn't be much of a challenge for Silva. There are rumblings that Rashad Evans wants a crack at him. He may not win, but he would offer a better challenge.
Hendo has a puncher's chance. The weight thing won't be that big of a deal since he fought Fedor at about 206 and Fedor was at about 223. Jones' length will be the problem. But don't take him lightly. He is tough as nails and will not be intimidated. He has never been knocked out. I doubt he will have any fear of Jones. It will be a war.

No fighter is invincible. I have been around long enough to remember when George Foreman was feared. In fact, there were those who feared for Ali's life when they fought. We know how that turned out.
I remember when Tyson was running roughshod over the heavyweight division, beating up everyone he met. Then, a guy named Buster came along.
Every fighter has a weakness, every fighter has a style or type of fighter that will give them fits.
Silva will probably retire in the next year or so. He has nothing left to prove, no more mountains to climb. He will always be considered one of the best of all time.
I am not even sure GSP will ever fight again. Or if he does, will he be the same? The surgery and layoff won't make him a better fighter, and he is getting older as well.
Jones is certainly on top of the mountain now. But, somewhere, there is a guy who has the style and toughness to at least give him a good go. We have not seen him face real adversity yet, have to come back from being down, tasted his own blood. I would love to see him challenge Junior Dos Santos. But, that may be a bit too much for him.
