I hope they didnt hold him out of the game because he is a freshman who might have made a mistake in a "big" game.

I'm thinking they prolly held him out cause he's been completely ineffective this year. But ya know, that's me, using my brain, and not posting hypothetical ******** arguments while trying to get rid of my anger boner from yesterday.

Yeah, I think he has played his way OUT of playing time. Has been ineffective. A better coaching staff might have created a package of plays to utilize his breakaway speed and allow him to ne effective.

Right now he is not big enough to get very far past the line of scrimmage out of the backfield.

Good question. He's not even in the participation report, i.e. he may as well not even have suited up. I didn't hear anything about him being dinged.

It's not like he could have been much less effective than Bullock...23 carries for 43 yards.

Just more Ferentz tunnel vision. How could we possible expect the freshman Garmon to improve upon Bullock's 1.9 yards a carry yesterday?

I totally agree with this. Why can't the coaching staff create a package of plays in which our players all block the defensive players so that Garmon can run around them and into the endzone. Just another example of our coaches predictability in designing plays only to get 3-4 yards at a time.

So you don't consider your insulting and offensive response an indication that you are trying to get rid of your anger boner? If not than your just being an *** for the heck of it. Which is worse?

I don't understand... I was agreeing with him. We had a really fast guy on our Jr High team, we just tossed him the ball and told him to run to the sideline, then turn and run to the end zone. Why can't we do that for Garmon. Poor play calling if you asked me.

in last weeks game he got 1 bcarry when Bullock went out because a injury, Garmon got 1 carry and gained 11 yards, it also seems like he dropped the one pass thrown his way and JVB hasn't looked his way again

Those 1 bcarries sure were awesome.

I couldn't tell you where Garmon was, but can you tell me if a bcarry is related to a vdollar?

This staff isn't creative and rarely makes any changes during the season or in-game in the name of consistency. Their inability to adapt will be their undoing.

Put Garmon at WR and maybe we could have a guy there that could run after the catch. Right now all I know is I believe that a less speed and more punishing type runner works better in our offense. Weismann and Coker did well. Greene did exceptional. Hampton could have been really good. Bullock has flashes but not powerful enough. I think Hill is more along the type of runner that we need (too bad he got hurt)...2 main things hurting this team is vertical passing (not a fan of GD and his passing game has made JVB revert to bad mechanics ie footwork - which is a symptom of shotgun HS qbs) and the defensive line can't get any pressure making it hard on our LBs and DBs.

Kirk F. coaches the team and he is a highly touted recruit. Expect a transfer.

Not a big fan of rumors. However, one of the long time fans in my season ticket section said that the "rumor" is out that Garmon will transfer to Rutgers. I hate this kind of stuff. But, yeah, I posted it anyway.
