SIAP Where was Garmon, is he hurt?

For you older fellas...... I heard Kirk got a call from a Mr. Wiffle and he asked Kirk not to squeeze the Garmon......lol.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...he's just not very good.Have you been watching most of the games this year?

Have you been watching our games???? We have been terrible the last 4 games so put in some different players and see if they can make plays.

Put in some new plays and see if they work.

Garmon has had some good enuf runs this year. And let him run some pass routes

Gotta feel for Garmon. He was put in a tough spot. He was no where near ready and this should have been a redshirt year that would have given him time to bulk up.

With Iowa's offense and zone blocking schemes, I don't see us using a speed type back in sweeps. We run inside the tackles and that didn't change this year. Weisman was the most successful because he ran in between the tackles as a power back and added a lot of yards after initial contact.

most running backs need a game where they get b20+ carries in one game to see how he will do, not a couple carries here or there.

Put Garmon at WR and maybe we could have a guy there that could run after the catch. Right now all I know is I believe that a less speed and more punishing type runner works better in our offense. Weismann and Coker did well. Greene did exceptional. Hampton could have been really good. Bullock has flashes but not powerful enough. I think Hill is more along the type of runner that we need (too bad he got hurt)...2 main things hurting this team is vertical passing (not a fan of GD and his passing game has made JVB revert to bad mechanics ie footwork - which is a symptom of shotgun HS qbs) and the defensive line can't get any pressure making it hard on our LBs and DBs.

This is a good idea. It would free up our WRs to move to TE where their speed could make them real playmakers especially
when matched up against line backers in coverage.
