Look I'm the Senior Vice President bookie at the Wynn and I plan on being one of the top bookie at this Casino and I don't plan to get there by being wrong.....bet the house on Iowa with their defense....and eventually....a senior QB has to shine right....am I wrong?

Iowa has a chance if Dayvion Nixon comes back to his home state and on a big stage stuffs Taylor and the heart of Wisconsin's running game.
He's been coming on of late and this would be a good time to shine under the bright lights.

Iowa has to get some big plays and finish drives to get about 3 TDs.
Turnovers in Iowa's favor and they help in two ways: if wisky drives the ball and gets a bunch of yards but turns it over then those are wasted yards and wasted TOP or if wisky turns it over in their own end and Iowa can take advantage of the short field to score.
Hold Wisky to FG tries instead of TDs.
As I said in another thread I think Chryst is going to take the ball out of Coan's hands and greatly put it into Taylor's and other runners. If they run it well then they will sneak in some play action. If the hawk defense plays great against the run then the hawks can win.

I don't see Iowa as being "unlucky." It is more, snake bit, learning to lose big ones. Or, not being properly prepared for each game.

So when Iowa wins a big one, you give them no credit for preparation, they just “got lucky”. when they turn it over that is a “lack of preparation”?
I think at times Iowa is prepared, but the "it" that is needed to win the watershed games for a season on the upper levels, is too often lacking. Game time coaching and leadership are also below average in the big games, in my opinion, FWIW. I would love to see Iowa prepped and ready to "give no quarter" in Madison this Saturday. This is a huge game for this season and trending for the future.
Our defense should be locked and loaded. They are definitely earning their rankings.
We have to have a big jump on offense. We just do. Our defense probably has the best chance of slowing down OSU in Indy, out of every west team. But Indy and a bowl game are going to get pretty ugly if we don't start looking way better on offense.

IF Wisconsin takes Iowa lightly. But after Illinois, I don't see that happening. Iowa has to go up there and win one.
Iowa's defense is up to the job. They can keep Wisconsin under 20 if they aren't on the filed all day. Iowa's offense has to get past 20. And they have to make good drives that end in TDs.
And no mistakes by the special teams.

Based on Nate Stanley's biorhythm chart it does not look promising. He's at the bottom physically, emotionally and intellectually. Not good. Petras on the other hand has a much more promising chart. Very high physically and decent scores intellectually and emotionally. Since all offense hinges from QB position scoring appears to be a problem. Sorry I can't sell you Iowa will pull it out. Maybe Stanley can defy the ODDS by a spiritual intervention.
