I'm 90% sure you are correct. Normally on the sidelines, I believe there are 28 seats in a row. I believe the rows towards the top extend to 32 seats in a row.

Rows 50 and above have 28 seats per row.

I knew it was one way or another! I thought the seats above the tunnel were 32 in a row, and seats below the tunnel were 28.
I'll take your word.

Zoom into Iowa City, more specifically, Kinnick Stadium.
It's pretty fascinating how close it goes.
Take a look at the bleachers. The aisles are slightly different when you get towards section 105/106. It appears there are a few more seats in the middle sections, than there are in section 102/103/104 area. Section 101 and 110 have around 17 seats in a row.
Look at this picture and you'll what I'm talking about. Not every section is exactly the same.
My guess is 28 seats in a row when you are below the tunnel (exception of the corner sections 101,110,131,student)
Then the 2 middle sections of 105/106 (and likely 126,127) have 32 seats in a row, while the other sideline seats have 28:

My seats in Section 101 are on the aisle. Seats 16 and 17. I don't think that helps you but aisle seats are awesome. We are row 50 so a few rows above the tunnel. There is a bathroom right below us and a concession stand that is rarely used by many. I will not be moving my seats for a good long time.
