Holy crap what a game by him. Dude was a great pickup late last yr by the staff... He's a guy we didn't think or know we needed at the time he was almost a luxury get since we have IKM and Young and Geil. Yet here he is out there balling out and he has most of the time he's been in there so kudos to him and I'm glad he's got 2 more yrs.

Now on to the funny observation I had. Did anyone else think in his post game interview that he sounds and even sorta kinda looks like Mike Tyson?? I dunno maybe it's just me

He is a tremendously talented running back! It’s definitely great to have him as part of the program. Next he will run all overtime Iowa’s pac 10 holiday bowl opponent.

Did not know this, cool to think we got a player with this kind of "extra" motivation the next few years.

I predicted at the beginning of this year that he would end up with the 2nd most yards and carries on the team. Boy, was I wrong. He is so compact, balanced and tough. He's a great back.

Who was the "other" juco back? I am too lazy to look it up.

He had a great game, IKM was not seeing the holes and cutbacks as well as Sargent and Young who are doing very well.

IKM has not been healthy nearly all year. Jury still out. But I sure do think the “sarge” is impressive...great find!

Wadley's ability to cut back was wonderful. No RB's cut back ability on this roster is wonderful.

Sarge has improved in this regard as the year progressed. Wadley had a gift(combined with video game lateral ability). Vision, imo, is the most important skill for rb. An example would be that frosh for NW, his vision is excellent.

We have no elite backs, but with improved vision(cutback ability), I think we see marked running production.
