Sally Mason's Contract not Renewed

Let's move on from bashing teahadists and get back to the topic of this thread. So here's the deal: What's going on at The U is at the beginning. It's not at the end. Things are just revving up, and some feces may be coming into contact with spinning air circulation blades in the very near future. What I'm saying here is that I'd be shorting Sally Mason's and many of her underling hacks' future career prospects at The U if I were betting on that kind of thing. And the best thing about all of this?

I'm in a position of influence in this situation. And I'll just leave it at that. Good luck, Sally.

I like Sally just fine. Never said I agreed with her. Her fight with FEMA didn't go over well with some that have influence I guess. Probably Thunder Hawk from what I read here.

Sigh. Well, this sucks. Not because I doubt you, or because because bad behavior shouldn't be held to account.

It sucks because this is the last thing our beloved University needs. It's been one leadership trainwreck after another since Skorton left. Which will make recruiting the next president even harder.

It may get old, but it's the truth. Liberal or progressive is the same as socialists/marxists/communists because they all start with the exact same premise. Take God out of everything because God competes with the religion of socialism/marxism/communism/liberalism/progressivism.

Take God out of the schools so they can be run by the religion of humanism. What has been happening for decades is the replacement of one religion for another. This used to be a Christian country, now it is not and has not been for a long time.

Why do you liberals who are socialists with a different name complain? You control almost everything in the culture now.

Thanks for the attack.

Yes, there should be religion/faith in schools because that represents a fixed standard as to live by. Look at how horrible behavior in public schools has been since prayer was taken out. Before that happened you had hardly any drug problems and teen pregnancy did not happen much at all. The young, in general, had respect for authority.

Now, well.............I don't need to tell you how bad things are behavior wise and with academics in public school.

No it should not - and in fact it's (a separation of church/state) written into our constitution. Religion is for churches.
