modern pent has 1% of what wrestling has - and wrestling loses? WT sht?

Why should we have to apologize for athletes returning their medals in protest? That gesture (returning the medals) may have been the strongest opposing voice to this incredulous decision and may be the act that got IOC's attention. I understand there's a political side to this and there may be butt kissing involved, but this is ridiculous. I guess some will argue the ends justify the means and maybe they're right. But this rubs me the wrong way. Acting FILA President Nenad Lalovic has not won any points with me in his opening correspondence with IOC President Dr. Jacques Rogge (the Dr title doesn't impress me either...these guys are clueless about true athletics, sportsmanship, competition, and honor).
Once again FILA turning it's back on the wrestlers, by throwing them under the bus.
