S.C. East vs Iowa City West game thread

Woodbury needs a college weight room. His game is not explosion, so might as well put some weight and strength on him.

IC West looks like they are going to front him and mug him the entire game.

This is the first time I've seen him play in person, and I think his body type looks great. He is a lot thicker than I expected, especially for a HS senior.

And I agree, his guards do not know how throw an entry pass. I think he will benefit from Gesell/Marble/Oglesby throwing in to him.

Agreed. He's being fronted and they're bringing a 6'2 - 6'3 guy on the backside to help. Lob that **** up by the rim and let him go get it. The rest of his team looks pretty overmatched here.

Is Jeremy Morgan a division 1 prospect? He's looks coordinated and can shoot. Dondre Alexander looks the part of a division 1 football recruit.

SC East's guards must not be able to shoot. They triple team Woodbury, he kicks out and the guards just stand there wide open but don't shoot.

They also can't pass.

Alexander runs down the RB and throws it off the SC East player. Lohaus for 3. IC West hitting on all cylinders.

I don't watch much (any) high school basketball, but SC East's guards seem unbelievably bad to me. They're turning it over almost every single time down without even getting a shot off.

IC West can make any team look bad when they play well.

Nice to see Woodbury get on the floor there. Not bad for a big guy.
