So much is about to happen so many questions are about to get answered the entire offseason has been building up to this moment. It all comes down to this. Kickoff in about ten minutes.

Utah had some outside runs and passes to the edges that really bothered Michigans D on the first drive.

Now we finally get to see who starts at quarterback.

Ha Ha.....pick on the first drive for Jake.

Except for that one play, the first drive was inspiring stuff.

Michigan even has a player named Smith who wears #4 and caught a short pass from Jake.

Michigans opening drive: mostly runs with defenders creeping up into the box. Mostly five-ten yard throws with no YAC with most of the third down throws targeting tight ends. And a "miscommunication" int ends the drive.

Where have I seen this before?

I'm all like ... WHAT? TIGHT END for 24! Remember when TE used to be a Hawkeye staple weapon until derGergavis arrived?

Then I'm like ... not only was that a miscom but he horribly underthrew it.

Now I'm like ... hmmm?

My jury is still out but it looks like derKirkFer - 1, Jakester - 0

bwahahaha they even threw the Greg Davis patented 3 yard route on 3rd and 5.

This is now starting to get a little freaky, I'm getting flashbacks.

I absolutely LOVE it. Rudock being Rudock. 3rd and 3. Rudock throws it one yard. Punting time. How many dozen times did we see that last year.

and the overthrow of the deepman. Holy crap it's like a carbon copy of the Jake with Iowa.
