Who has tickets for tonight's game? Of course I do or I would not have started this. :)

I am in the cheap seats where most tavern hoks sit, the top of section II. Do the HN nod if you make eye contact with the middle aged guy sporting a hawk hat and a black HAWKEYE hoodie. The kids will have foam fingers to annoy anyone that tries to watch the game behind us. :D

I'm hoping so, too. Haven't really had a good game for the students at home except Notre Dame. With it being B1G opener and NYE, I expect some students to be back in Iowa City and attend the game. However, as it is NYE, I also have to leave early to catch a party bus in Cedar Rapids at 8:30.

My wife works and I am home with the kids. I will not be attending.

You guys should help encourage the old farmers to stand up occasionally, off of their hands, and make some noise. I feel that between the temp outside and the ice cream inside the iowa faithful may not rise off of their handwarmers (butt cheeks) much.

True, and then the kids forgot their foam fingers.

But what was with all the empty seats? For a sold out game there were a ton of empty seats. I expected some where the season tickets holders are since some probably are in tampa but there were a ton of empties behind the student section.
