In fairness, I think the current offensive staff is being painted with the sins of the predecessors. Lester has developed QBs and knows the position. I have a lot more faith in his tutelage than BFs.
Did they stick with CM too long? Of course. But, is that on Lester alone? When we have seen KF stick with a veteran starter too long a number of times during his tenure? KF is slow to move on from a QB and it once again cost us a year that could have been more than it will be. Lester inherited a bad QB room and is making the most of what are not amazing options, IMHO.
As for Resar, put him in the room that gives him the best shot at getting on the field and making plays. No one on this board knows enough about the situation to know whether this is a good decision or not, and frankly, we may never know. Time maybe will tell.
