This was what jumped out of Michigan box score - JO 21 minutes, 3rd most of anyone, goes 1-6 / 0-4. I get he plays because he's "the 3-pont threat" and they needed points to have any shot of getting back in the game but, c'mon, a little in-game awareness, Fran. Marble was 50%, Clemmons was 67% and Gesell was 40% - a combined 7/14 from 3.
It's not like he's adding anything to the defense, so "the message" really wasn't effective in that regard. He was woeful shooting the ball. Get Gesell back in and let him, RDM or AC take the shots.

Is it just me or does not Josh play pretty good defense? Even above average? He has had some bad turnovers and now looks to drive when it's open. I believe Fran plays Josh minutes because he keeps improving in every aspect of his game except for 3 point shooting.
Is it possible the back/shoulder problems is still affecting his percentages?
Any constructive observations or thought?

The big one is Mel's dwindling FG %. Really believe it has to do with some ankles and he just has missed a lot of bunnies that latter in the year he will make.

Zach will start knocking down some shots. He is a better shooter than what he has been thusfar this year.
