Normally I'd say this is great...we'll win in the trenches. Not so much this year.

On the other hand, Purdue hasn't exactly had a great run game either.

If our offensive line wants to make a statement... this is the perfect stage.

Wind and shitty conditions are definitely in our favor 100%. If Purdue beats us it’s going to be through the air.

Speaking of disappointed, it sucks that the state put WV against WH. WV was a dome team at worst. Got the shaft. Would've liked to have seen them against GC again. I know they played, but I saw them both in person, and WV was more impressive IMO. Could've (should have?) beaten them the first time. Thought they were the better the that night as well, but what do I know.

Not the first time that's happened. I remember having them scheduled in the first round against Roland Story when RS was defending champs.

All of those converted 4th downs killed WV. I do think WH was the better team.

I didn't see the game, but a guy I coach with went and said the same thing about the 4th downs. Too bad. Heck of a team.

Hoping that win helps us. I like us running vs passing, even though we aren’t good at either. There was a glimmer of hope for the run last week. Hope it was a building block. And ESPN’s bulletin board material. Line needs a massive chip on their shoulder.
