Auburn extends SEC's BCS run despite Oregon's best efforts - Andy Staples - SI.com
"Over" signing, amongst other items, becoming more of a hot topic - thankfully.
Quote: "Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley is the SEC in microcosm. He's fast, strong, dominant. He can outmuscle a lineman, split a double-team and outrun a quarterback. Between the snap and the whistle, he usually is a joy to watch. But Fairley also grabs facemasks and hits late. His greatness, like the SEC's, has a dark side that occasionally overshadows the excellence."
The only bad part about this article is how far down you have to go to get the author's main point. Way past the attention span of the average internet news reader.
I don't hate the SEC, I pity them for they put winning ahead of integrity, honesty, and ethics. Qualities I would hope to instill in my children, and pray that the Hawkeyes always espouse.
