Exactly my point, thanks Patrick.
My only issue with this situation is that somehow Marcus Coker is punished for something he presumably didn't do. Some say that, "well maybe he did do something". Well then the burden is not on Marcus Coker to exonerate himself of charges, it's on the alleged victim to prove such a case, yet somehow Marcus is being presumed guilty on certain levels. I'm not saying this to minimize domestic violence or any type of physical assault, but for people to say things like, "we don't know if he's innocent, etc..." Well I think Marcus deserves the benefit of the doubt here unless there was/is direct evidence against him. I know for a fact if there was an assault, any type of injury, marks, etc., would require a mandatory arrest for Marcus. That obviously did not happen, so I ask why was he even suspended?
Can you explain how you know the AD was overruled?
