Quarterbacks should not be allowed to run the ball . . . accept for quarterback sneaks of course.

I approve this rule change. We’ll justify it by “protecting the quarterback.” Maybe we just say the QB can only cross the LOS inside the tackle box.

Penn State isn't as strong as they were in 2019. Indiana still suffering from quarterback play. Until they fix that they will drop games.
