PSU and ISU schadenfreude

So, I was never sure about CyTown. My Cyclone nephews were telling me you can't really "live" in those apartments. They're like just for game weekend or something? I mean, yes...it's a development in a college town. But still, it's trying to leverage its value on what amounts to 6 or 8 weekends a year.
From what I’ve heard they have big fancy condo style suites right in the main drag and those you can’t live in. But they’re putting up a big condo building that’s separate and designed for full time residency

With all due respect to the poster, Pollard is doing something right: the men's bball team is a Top 10 team and just punked the #1 team by 25 pts on their home court; the women's bball team is a Top 10 team. Their wrestling team is Top 5 in the nation. The football team was at one time ranked in the Top 15 this season before finishing 8-4. Individual coaches always want 'more', whether it be cash or control. It's Pollard's job to look at the big picture -- and their teams are doing beyond OK.

Looks like Pollard just informed Rogers who has control over how the NIL money is spent & Rogers is considering the odds on getting rehired by Wazoo or SDSU.

That was really interesting. Guess Campbell did kind of ghost some people.

Think UIowa's Director of Player Personnel has been busy the past couple days?
Frankly, there's not that much to poach -- especially from their #48th ranked recruiting class.
The day Campbell was hired I spent 1/2 hour on the main Penn St. blog -- it's amazing how happy they were to get him, like he's the 2nd coming. I laughed out loud when one poster wondered how many Iowa St. players Campbell would be bringing with him. I explained most players at Iowa St. typically wouldn't even rate an invite to visit Happy Valley.

Rocco Becht probably will join MC at Pedo State, that's the one everyone at CryFan is worried about.

With the poor QB class this year Becht should look at entering the draft. Especially with the emphasis Purdy gets and being an ISU product. Strike while the iron is hot..
Many over there think they overpaid for him. They don't think they got the results they paid for. IF I were him, I would leave too.
