PSU and ISU schadenfreude

So, I was never sure about CyTown. My Cyclone nephews were telling me you can't really "live" in those apartments. They're like just for game weekend or something? I mean, yes...it's a development in a college town. But still, it's trying to leverage its value on what amounts to 6 or 8 weekends a year.
From what I’ve heard they have big fancy condo style suites right in the main drag and those you can’t live in. But they’re putting up a big condo building that’s separate and designed for full time residency

With all due respect to the poster, Pollard is doing something right: the men's bball team is a Top 10 team and just punked the #1 team by 25 pts on their home court; the women's bball team is a Top 10 team. Their wrestling team is Top 5 in the nation. The football team was at one time ranked in the Top 15 this season before finishing 8-4. Individual coaches always want 'more', whether it be cash or control. It's Pollard's job to look at the big picture -- and their teams are doing beyond OK.
