Hawks just need 3* kids that have athletic ability and heart. They come out ready for the NFL as 4* or higher warriors.

A decent coach can keep them in the 9-3/7-5 range. You can load up on 3* Florida kids to do that. You don’t have to cheat to go 8-4 at Miami.
