I was at a happy hour with several Creighton fans this week. They asked me what I thought the line would be for Tuesday. I said, Iowa would be a 9-12 dog. He agreed and he immediately and I mean, immediately asked his buddy…… “so how long do you think we’ll go undefeated? The entire out of conference” …..
I took offense to that. I said, of course “NEXT TUESDAY” to which they both kind of played off like I didn’t know what I was saying
I said
“do you know who’s coming to play you on Tuesday? We aren’t DePaul or fucking Wichita State, we’re Iowa”
I think Hawks give ‘em everything they want on Tuesday. Maybe even win. We’ll see, CU struggles when someone else can score with em.
