Practice Pictures?

All good, funny comments. But, you can tell the person in charge of the photos and the publication of the photos is keen on what issues concern Hawkeye fans. A lot of photos, particularly the first and second set, of WRs catching passes. I'd say that's no accident.

That's where the intrigue is.

I have a hunch the receivers will be better this year. Marsette, Easley, Smith, Cooper, Raigani...have to be 3 solid players in there somewhere.

I've heard thru the grapevine that Raigani may be the diamond in the rough. The player that comes from nowhere and performs. My hair cutter gal dates a Hawk player and she said to look out for this particular WR that came in and that this said Hawk player was real high on him. I think it was Raigani. I remember it was a different name and I didn't even know about the guy.

Nice insider info. After watching his highlight reel, this certainly could be the case.

Didn't Raigani do a semester of post-secondary prep.

Not sure. I didn't know anything about the guy when she mentioned him. She said his name & I'm like "Who the heck is he, never heard of him.". I think she dates a lineman. Anyway, she said her b-friend said he's really kicking ass and he should be pretty good. This was in the spring. For what it's worth, anyway.

Yeah, because seeing guys on blocking dummies is ever so much more exciting

Good to see Devonte Young show up. Amani Jones has Singletary eyes (okay, not quite that intense, but in that direction). And I can't help but see Beathard every time Mansell shows up in these.
For sure. He's a kid that's been rumored to transfer out for a couple years now and he's been a good teammate and stuck around playing special teams mostly. I enjoy seeing kids like that have some success. I'll be rooting for him and Dafney both to hopefully get out there and play some meaningful snaps.
