What does everyone think the rankings should look like for week 2? Who impressed you in week one, and who do you think is overrated?

Numbers 4,5,7,10,11,13,16,18,25 are all overrated.
Any team with 1 loss at this point in the season should not be rated at all.
Arizona St. should be rated much higher, USC should be rated as should Iowa, Clemson, and Penn St.

USC as in Southern Cal?? Hardly.

At the risk of being called a homer...I'd put Iowa above your 22-25 selections. Hawaii wouldn't match up well against Iowa. I do believe we'll end up in 20's by the end of the season.

I'm curious if teams have figured out how to beat Oregon, or did they just run into 2 SEC teams that were athletic defensively and pounded the ball on them offensively. Sat. night LSU manhandled the Ducks at the LoS, and until Oregon proves it can stop a power running game, you have to believe teams will pound the rock down their throats, playing ball control offense and shortening the game to limit Oregon's possessions.

Also, I don't know that I'd ever put BSU above #5. Sure they can win the 2 games a year they play the big boys w/ weeks to prepare, but you'll never know how they'd take the pounding a major conference schedule would put on them week in and week out.

Rankings shouldn't exist for the first four weeks. You would take a lot of the unfair bias away.

You're not impressed with a two point win at home against Minnesota? USC is garbage outside of Barkley and Woods, throw in the fact that their scholarship ban starts next year and the fact that their coach is Lane Kiffin and I think it's going to be a while before they see the top 25 again.

I strongly disagree. If that were the case, no one would schedule any meaningful games during the non-conference, and you would be stuck watching Iowa vs. Tennessee Tech every game, every weekend. Oregon should not be harshly penalized for losing to one of the best teams in the country, who was virtually playing a home game.

USC? After needing a late 4th Q interception to beat Minnesota at home?

Eek.

Iowa won't make it. Michigan and Northwestern are ahead of them in ranked Big Ten teams plus they had "more impressive victories".
