post dual interviews (penn state)

I have nothing but respect for Cael Sanderson as a wrestler. I wasn't old enough to remember Brands on the mat, so Cael is the best I have seen in my young lifetime.

With that said, he's about as exciting as an A cup on a porn star...wow. I also think he is starting to realize that he will never be better than 2nd best, no matter where he goes. Makes me thank god we have the coaches we have here at UI, Brands & co. Ferentz, and Fran...

"As for the loss, it's not that big of a deal..."

*********.

If they win that meet he's talking about how huge it is.
They wanted that bad... he wanted it badly each year at ISU too.
Just can't get it. Brands is a better coach, he's better at motivating.
What happened at 133/141? The better wrestlers won, that's what happened.

I hate Cael.

Fact is that Cael couldn't motivate a fly to land on a cow pie.

"Some folks call it a sling blade, but I call it a kaiser blade."

I love how the only match clip they showed was DSJ pushing Taylor after the match. Not even Taylor dominating DSJ (which he did), but DSJ pushing him after the match. As in, "We got our butts kicked by poor sports." That was their message to the world.

Cael on 133: "Their strategy was to try to sneak in a takedown, and that's exactly what they did."

Cael on 141: "Coulda called a fall there."

It's a long season and this is not the NCAAs and I also want to avoid being a sore winner...but how f-ing pathetic is that?

yea bael downplayed the dual but you could tell the wrestlers really wanted to beat the hawks and were pretty down

Cael is a whiny crybaby and always has been. Every time he loses to us he complains and cries and they are not even legit complaints. Alton hit one move and other than that got his butt kicked, he was never close to any other score. He is a junker and if you stay out of the junk you can beat him. Also, golden boy Taylor gave DSJ a little shove first when they were getting up so tuff crap he got one back.

Regardless of what Sael Canderson says, he wanted this dual as bad as any dual this year. Look at the wrestlers he redshirted last year to get ready for this year simply because he knew he would not be able to beat Iowa last year but this year he planned on iowa being down. Well look who is boo-hooing again. I didn't like his style of wrestling in college, and i don't like his style of coaching. I do have to admit his penn st titny lions do seem to show a more aggresive style than his sucklones wrestlers did

I loved those sound bytes from the coaches. Cael is worried about Cael's reputation (as usual). Tom is focused on the next meet and improving. And Cael wonders why he got beat yesterday? LOL Same Cael different scenery. Happy Valley is a little SAD today.

Cael kicked the crap out of everybody he wrestled and had every move in the book. I don't get how anyone could dislike his style
