Peyton Ramsey to Northwestern

I admittedly don't know the transfer rules.....but in a case like this, since it was in the conference....if NW and Indiana were scheduled against each other in 2020 (they aren't), could Indiana have blocked the transfer to NW?

Well from the multiple games and highlite pkgs I have seen Ramsey play jNW just got a really big upgrade at QB, where they suffered from very iffy play this year.

1st Cronk, now Ramsey, what's going on at Indiana?
Ramsey was an understandable one. He's an experienced, talented senior who was slated to be the backup.

Their staff really loves Penix. He's a rising prospect that will be hard to beat out.

I'm sorry.

Penix is really good. No way Ramsey was going to beat him out. But this could be a killer for Indiana. For as good as Penix is, he's played there 2 seasons and had a 2 signifiant injuries. Ramsey is a player that could have kept them afloat if he gets hurt again.

Yeah, and Ramsey hurt his knee bad at IU. They must have QB churn. Ramsey was a very good runner but not sure how much the knee brace hinders him.
