While watching Rob’s video of the final spring practice; I couldn’t help but notice how much of a Drew Tate-like, play maker, Peyton Mansell looked like. At about the 8:49 mark he stepped up in the pocket and scrambled for a for sure first down before a whistle was blown, but he damn near might have housed it for about 50+. At about 9:10 he threw a dime to Nico on an out route for a first. Then he capped off the drive with an over the shoulder fade in the corner of the end zone to Smith. Ran mostly shotgun the whole drive. Sargent was in I believe and had a nice run. Can’t wait to see what the QB race will be like this time next year.
