Peach Bowl / Fiesta Bowl Games

Gotta give the Sooner defense credit, they get real close to tackling some of these guys right before they reach the end zone with a long touchdown reception.

Close but No CIgar

OU safety launches his head into the LSU running back's head from his blind side, simultaneously taking himself away from tackling Burrow and getting himself thrown out of the game. Was the game still close when this happened?

Games like this just prove 4 teams is more than enough

If the correct four are picked. I think there are probably a couple other options besides Oklahoma that would have put up more of a fight, one of them being Oregon which was mentioned above.

I watched Oklahoma a few times this year and was never convicted they were one of the best teams but this is really bad for them to not even be competitive

Hasn't been mentioned in this thread, but the one assistant coach having his daughter in law die this morning was really awful and tragic. It probably got the rest of the staff focused and inspired the team just a little bit more than they already were. LSU is clearly more talented and better prepared, and they just seem to have a mental an emotional edge over the Sooners since the kickoff today. This kind of performance by the LSU team is just pure execution with no messing around, leaving absolutely nothing to chance.

This game should eliminate the Big 12 from further consideration as a playoff participant. The PAC 12 should not be allowed in either.

It should always be the SEC, B1G and Clemson unless they lose a game in the regular season.

Those trumped up offensive stats are all a lie.
