Paterno face always blurred from Google Maps?

Looks like Paterno's face is blurred out. Just wondering if it's always been that way or if just recently done?

I have no idea, but I was once on Google's streetview and my face was blurred out. Maybe they have some facial recognition software that auto-blurs faces for privacy reasons.

I love Google for knowing what the hell I was looking for based on a misspelled and vague reference to State College, PA.
