dm is direct message in that twitter thread. Harty doesn't know who it is, Chris kuehl or whatever his name is does. Harty asks him to throw him a bone on dm.

I loaded up the Rivals 250 list and this mystery recruit could be Davis Mills, Dylan Moses, D.J. Matthews, Dylan McCaffrey, Damion Miller, but these guys look committed to some of the blue blood schools. It might be tough to pry them away from the Notre Dames and Michigans of the world especially right after they signed their letter of intent just last week.
