Our defense better get used to it.



It's still a run based offense and we usually do well against run and spread run offenses. It's the passing spread that we do horrible against.
 


The way our defense has played against it the last few years I'm not too concerned. Beating the spread is about discipline on defense and that's something Iowa does pretty well imo.
 




You want to bring in one dimensional teams like, with a halfway throwing QB. Be my guest Iowa will do well vs this format. I recall Norm's comments vs Juice and the Illinois when he said still looking for the endzone. Great Quote.
 




If you look back to some of those years we played Juice at Illinois or the first half against Michigan with Denard under center we took care of business. It was Forcier and his arm that almost screwed us.
