Perhaps. But gray-bearded Matt Rhule wearing a camouflage cap backwards during his bowl game made him look ridiculous. I can only assume it was some desperate attempt to show potential recruits that he's 'young and hip'. Beyond embarrassing.

A stupid gimmick that backfired on him. Like everything else he’s done. Like the blackout they did. Like walking through Iowa’s warmups. Like having all of their most elite recruits on the field for the Iowa ass whooping they got at home this year. Like going paragliding in his podcast.

People give me shit for saying he’s fake news, but that guy hasn’t done shit his entire career but have a winning season at Temple, a “good” season at Baylor with someone else’s recruits, and completely fvck up every important game he’s ever coached in.

You anti-visors have obviously never played golf.

Played league very year since I was 17 and never had a visor touch my head. Also played 16 seasons of baseball in the summer heat which is a WAY more miserable heat than golf.

I’m sorry but those things are the dumbest attire that’s ever been put on a human body. And I grew up in the era of Zubaz pants and those idiotic baseball hats with the drawstring in the back.

Nothing—and I mean nothing—says “I’m a try-hard dork” like a visor.

Please don’t tell me you wear polo shirts tucked in.

I've gotten to that age where I see someone like him and think "shit, I'm older than him. Do I look 60 too?"

When Iowa played Mississippi State in a bowl game ~5 years back, this is what their 46 year old coach looked like then. He's my age. That one hit hard.
