Ouch!!

What's he gonna say, "stop telling the truth about my son's offense?"

A lot of us made this point last year. By keeping BF on his staff and not nudging him another direction, KF has made his son an even bigger national punchline. The contract stipulations KF clearly must have allowed are also not helping. Success and wins are the only thing that will deoderize BF. Shaky start.

And it is so fragile. It is all dependent on CM's health, which can go at any moment. You are really counting on a 2016 CJB type performance. Where he will never be quite right, but he plays through it.

AI is just getting started. It's scary to think of what kind of stuff we are going to be dealing with in the future, not just with sports but society in general.

Given the source of the tweet you can assume that it was dubbed. Dabo wouln't say that .. no coach would say that.

That was a pretty good deep fake, though. There was a KF one going around this summer that was pretty obvious. This one you could tell was a little goofy around the mouth, but good enough to fool many!

You could absolutely be correct. I know for a fact iowa’s first score in games has occurred from a pass in numerous games. The question is how long has it been since we’ve done it on the very first drive of the game. I’m sure there’s a way to research but I’m not taking that time out of my life to do that so for now, I just deleted that part of my response. It may be accurate, and if so, wow x a million, but not worth it to me
But in 2002 and early in KF's coaching they always took the ball first it seems.

I heard that and I cannot believe that. Just floored me. I think it was a pass for a TD on the first drive. I still have a hard time believing that.

That 2002 team with Banks was known for scoring on the first drives of games. You can't tell me that they never had a TD pass on the first drive? How does a team now fall into a TD pass on the first drive over all those years.

The stat was the opening drive of a season ending in a touchdown pass, i.e. the first drive of the first game, not just the first drive of any game.

I can’t stand Brian Ferentz as our OC and this is how most people that watch Iowa football feel about our offense. That being said, F Dabo we are 1-0!
