He actually has a pretty good resume overall.

The question will be whether or not he connects with recruits.

He could be great, he could be terrible. He has coached in the NFL and SEC and has recruited in the south and California. Has also has experience in Lester's system/style of offense. Fits the bill. Time will tell.
