I say yes. I compare him a little to Tim Dwight.....that kind of weapon. Thoughts?

Wuut? Tim Dwight????? He doesn't compare to Tim Dwight. Oliver is taller & slower. Dwight had world-class speed. Oliver is not a burner down the field by any means and known more for his hands and route running ability. He can also play the slot a bit.
As far as making a difference, Stanley still has to be able to get him or any receiver the ball over 25 yrds. Also, they still have to get their blocks, the whole team. That is what will make the difference this year. If Stanley can improve his completion % to around 70%, that would help a ton. One player is not going to make or break a team or season, or it least they shouldn't.

I certainly hope we didn't get all worried about him getting cleared to finally getting the good news today that he is cleared for him to not have an impact.
He's a 4 star kid who has had a year in the college game at a position we need better play. I hope Brandon Smith, IKM and Martin all have their moments. I don't know that I see a clear 1 out of the 3 so I just hope they are all a threat to make plays.
