Ok, here is your chance...

This is an Iowa Hawkeye board, are you so arrogant that you believe we are all waiting to mock Nebraska? I don't give a **** about your game, go to a nebraska board. You posted a topic about a game Iowa isn't involved in on a Hawkeye board, you are a troll, get the **** out.

he asked a question and indicated he is expecting a loss this weekend. not sure how you think that spews arrogance

Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?

I'm one of those people who lives right on border of Iowa and Nebraska but I work in omaha. I've been hearing for years how bad Iowa and the big ten are and id love for Nebraska to pretty much get their throats stomped. Nebraska fans make it so easy to dislike them even more.

Interesting fact lifted from a husker board. Becky is 8-4 when the other team rushes for 100 yards or more.

I would love to see Iowa and Nebraska both undefeated heading into Black Friday. We are going to have to beat them regardless to win the division. So might as well make it exciting. Besides, I can't ever root for Wisconsin.

How's so? They've got a brutal conference schedule and on paper ours is one of the easiest in the division. By the time we go to Lincoln Neb could quite possibly be a three loss conference team. Not saying we'll be undefeated or even in the division hunt, but with it being the last game of the season the division could very well be decided by the last week of conference play.

And why not root for Wisconsin. They're not in our division and any cross over victory they have benefits Iowa by putting a loss on a divisional opponent's record. These aren't the days when you were literally competing against every team in the conference. Now we're only competing against the other five in our division and the only time we truly shouldn't want them to win is when they are playing against us in cross over games. Although enemies in the past the teams in the other division can be allies simply because they can tack on loses to our divisional foes to help make it that much easier for us to come out on top of the division and play in the conference championship.

Wisconsin jumps out to an early lead and force Martinez to "throw", I use that term loosely. Remember you can't spell Martinez without INT.

Wisconsin 38
Nebraska 20

I think instead of worrying about the a$$ kicking that you are about to receive from Wisky. You need to worry about if you will have all your starters for the next week against Ohio.

Pray for no injuries because wisky will be coming hard to delivery the "welcome to the big ten" hits.

Why? Because he is a Nebraska fan, ALL Nebraska fans are arrogant, are they not?

I lol'd at this. The last I checked, we were pretty competitive in a better conference the last couple of years, we should be just fine.

Let's not play that better conference card, because quite honestly, you were in the Big 12 NORTH and the Big 10 wasn't as weak as you'd like to think. IMO I think the past few years the conferences (Big 10 vs. Big 12) had been pretty equal.

I think it will be a high scoring game. I'm not expecting a "classic Big Ten defensive battle" in this one.

Nebraska has some serious issues on defense. Wisconsin hasn't faced anyone this season who is even 1/10th as good as Nebraska is.

Iowa needs Nebraska to lose this game. They are in the same division as we are and are considered the front-runner.

Wisconsin 45
Nebraska 38

Sigh.... I know that this whole 2 division conference thing is confusing to some of you, but you'll find out that you DO have to play the teams in the other division. In the past 3 years, OU, OSU, A&M, T Tech, and texa$$ from the South and NU and Mizzou from the North all finished in the top 25 at one time or another. We had to play at least 3 of South teams (if not 4) every year.

Seeing how Iowa fared against the last Big 12 North team you all played, I'm wondering if you want to take that statement back.

Huskers feel at home with the Wisky fans wearing red creating the sea of red feel.
NE - 35
Consin - 31

I hope Wisky runs the ball every single play from scrimmage for 3671 rushing yards for the game. I want to see 325 lb lineman down field running over shuckers. I want them to beat them so bad Nebraska goes back to the Average Size 12 conference. Thanks for the opportunity OP. all in fun
