Hard to believe but it’s even worse than not getting upset help. The team we played got a bye. Then we’re down 2 starters...having recovered admirably from losing Nunge.

Unless I'm missing something, there has been ONE Covid withdrawal from the tournament. Naturally, it was the lower seeded team right next to us. Of course. Of freaking course. Not that it would have resulted in an upset, but it's uncanny how these things always work against us.
