Oglesby vs. Kingsbury

They will square off in 5 events.

1) Regular game of horse.
2) # of shots made out of 10 from half court.
3) Game of 1 on 1 to 10, win by 2.
4) Beer pong.
5) How many chicks then can bang in a one month time span.

I see Oglesby winning the game of horse, but I think one has to favor Kingsbury in the other 4 events.

Man he was an entertaining player. You just did not know what stupid thing he was going to do in a game.

Ogelsby for #3, Kingsbury all others

Kingsbury was a McDonalds All American! I have to take him in every category!

I looked back at his college stats, wow he shot a lot..........

In his sophomore year he averaged 9 three point shots per game and averaged 4 makes per game. In 33 games he shot 297 three point shots and made 117.

He averaged 7.25 three point shots per game in his career and only played 3 years.

He was a really good athlete in that he was strong, could jump and could put the ball on the floor fairly well. I think his craziness overshadowed how good he could have been had he had his head on straight.

are we talking Kingsbury today or 15 years ago? Nobody on this team could hang with him in a one-on-one

Kingsbury back in the day. Pretty sure Oglesby would kill him in all events minus beer pong if it was Kingsbury today.

Kingsbury today is approaching 40...

Slingsbury all the way. Man he was fun to watch and would put it up from anywhere. You needed to guard him coming out of the locker room.

Saw Chris make about 8 threes at Drake. He would shoot the ball long distance and leave his hand in the air until the ball went through the net.....

I think Josh will be as deadly, maybe not the extreme range, but really close.....

I like Josh's ball handling skills and passing. I personally loved the behind the back pass to McCabe that was not caught.....

:)

Friends would see him during basketball season, at closing time in an IC bar, can't remember which one, cigarette hovering over an overloaded ashtray, glass of beer in the other hand.....

Gods bless him, loved Kingsbury.....

Even liked him punishing the Penn State P**** who was guarding him a bit too closely.....

:D

Kingsbury could light it up from anywhere. The guy would not hesitate to pump up a 30-foot jump shot. Loved watching him.
